i discovered paperless post a few weeks ago and was instantly smitten with the site, which modernises the tradition of correspondence and allows you create digital cards and invitations that are as personal and well-designed as their paper counterparts. then i heard that queen of cool kate spade had launched an online collection of cards and notes with them and knew i had to test out the service using one of her gorgeous designs.

i’ve always loved kate spade  for her colourful playful and witty products, so choosing my favourite amongst her new designs was practically impossible! i was sending out a save the date for my 30th birthday celebrations early next year (eeek!) and eventually settled on the glitzy, minimalist confetti design in gold. editing the text on the invite was easy-peasy, as was uploading my friend’s email addresses for the mail-out. almost as soon as i hit send, i had several responses from my eagle-eyed invitees, all gushing about how gorgeous the save the date was – and of course, confirming their attendance at the event of the year!

with hundreds of designs to choose from (including 75 kate spade designs) and the option to change colours, fonts and even upload your own photographs to customise your invites, the possibilities are endless. so, what social events do you have on the horizon, my friends?
