when alpro asked me to take part in their new year #deskfest challenge i instantly jumped at the chance, not simply because one of my january resolutions is to eat more healthily, but also because i’ve long been a fan of alpro’s plant power products, ever since i made the switch from dairy to soya milk three years ago.
but alpro is about so much more than just soya milk, and they’ve challenged me to create 5 simple breakfasts this week to enjoy at my desk, incorporating a different alpro product a day. tall order? i don’t think so!
since it’s monday morning and there’s a long hard week ahead, i’ve opted for a fruitily delicious baked oat, fig and cranberry granola, to which i’ve added alpro’s simply plain pouring yogurt, a few fresh blueberries and flaked almonds, and finished with a drizzle of agave nectar. delish, and the perfect kick-start to the week.
