ridiculously easy to whizz up in a blender, yet satisfyingly filling, i’ve certainly gone bananas for alpro smoothies! the unsweetened almond milk is light and nutty, a flavour i enhanced with a big dollop of almond butter (for added protein), before a final dash of maple syrup added the perfect sweet aftertaste to curb my sugar cravings. yum yum yum!
