printic

i’ve written before (here, here and here) about how much i enjoy turning my online photographs into offline artifacts to enjoy in the here and now, so i naturally jumped at the chance to road-test a new iphone app that helps bring your instagram feed to (real) life.

printic markets itself as “the easiest and fastest way to order prints from your iphone,” and i must say i found it super simple to use; all you have to do is choose your pictures, crop them, select your recipients, and well… that’s it! in 3-5 days you’ll find a little orange envelope dropping onto your door mat, filled with glossy little  3″ x 4″ prints of your favourite instagram shots.

each print costs just 0,79€ / $0.99 (and delivery is free!) so it’s definitely a cheap and cheerful way to share your memories and help spread the love; why not choose a few photos to surprise your nearest and dearest with – there’s nothing nicer than an unexpected envelope full of photo surprises coming through the letterbox…

p.s. those of you who are eagle-eyed will spot that my printic photos are from last year’s incredible blogtour nyc trip. if you fancy being picked for blogtour london or los angeles later this year, make yourself heard over on modenus. trust me, blogtour is a TRIP OF A LIFETIME – you do not want to miss out!
