Fabric of my Life.

an electric haze

amy sia

my gosh, how gorgeous are these colourwash silk scarves and iphone 5 cases by australian-born london-based fashion designer, amy sia?

her designs are created through a blend of modern and traditional techniques including painting, drawing, photography and computer aided design, while the scarves are printed digitally, which allows for designs and colour combinations not possible in traditional printing processes. don’t they look divine against a classic white shirt and black jeans – the ultimate in pared-down glamour!

you’ll be excited to hear that amy is also launching a range of cushions for ss13, bringing her signature painterly artwork theme into the home, and which will be available to buy through her website shortly. i love the coral design, but which is your favourite?

  1. Thanks for sharing Kate – I’m mad for this new watercolour trend doing the rounds at the moment, and these cushions are the best I’ve seen so far. There was a lovely little shoot in GoodHomes I think with some v striking watercolour products, I thought it was rather nicely shot :-) M xx
