the write stuff

back to school(mouse over image for credits)

the lazy days of summer may be behind us now, but there’s something exhilerating about standing on the cusp of autumn waiting for the season to change, don’t you agree?

that “back to school” feeling that the start of september brings never really leaves us does it, and i always find myself ogling stationery porn and seeking out unblemished notebooks as the summer advances towards that first day of the new school term which holds so much promise of new subjects to study and knowledge to gain. september always inspires me to seek out new challenges and, rather like a less-forced new year’s resolution, find ways to better myself and add new and inspiring activities to my weekly schedule.

what about you guys, do you feel the same? what challenges are you planning to embark upon this new (school) year?

  1. Love this post – even though I’m not studying I still like when the shops get their ‘back to school’ bits in. I am somewhat of a stationery addict.
    The satchel is amazing.
