Fabric of my Life.

notes from a decorator

decorators notebook

i was very excited to spot this morning that the very lovely decorator’s notebook blog has just launched it’s very own webshop, chock full of beautifully delightful handcrafted accessories and timeless design pieces.

brother and sister team joe and bethan john share a passion for home decor that comes from years spent working for interiors magazines, along with a lifelong love of products that combine quality natural materials with thoughtful design, skilled craftsmanship and interesting origins.

i particularly love these chunky dipped terracotta mugs which have been handmade in india by members of a fairtrade co-operative; the base is unglazed terracotta and has a lovely earthy colour and texture, don’t you think?
