recently i went along to preview the new spring/summer lines from uk high street retailer dwell which launch in early april, and was pleasantly surprised to find plenty of lovely new pieces to lust over!
as a whole, the collection contains plenty of dwell’ signature storage and space saving solutions but with a slightly more streamlined approach than previous seasons, where there were perhaps one too many “wacky” items and not enough products that actually translated to modern urban living. utilising materials such as natural wood, fashion-inspired leather and solid marble, dwell have reinvented classics with a modern colour-blocking flair and creative contrasting with fine aplomb this season. i found myself particularly taken with the extensive range of quirky little side table offerings including the quirky, modernist trieste nesting set and geometric hex table in matching walnut wood, as well as their fabulous new collection of floor rugs; this multi-coloured pop rug is especially divine!
