Fabric of my Life.

the live edit

maxinebrady01

at last week’s grand designs live i found myself swooning over this little room set styled by maxine brady, to provide interior design inspiration for first time buyers – isn’t it just so sunny and vibrant?

of course, yellow colour pops and geometric details are so my thing, so i was naturally going to fall for it, but i love the way maxine has brought together affordable high street essentials from brands such as ikea, sofa workshop and debenhams, whilst adding extra flourishes from more up-and-coming design brands, including  joined + jointed‘s jot writing desk, sian elin‘s quirky cushions and flock‘s wonderful upholstery patterns.

what do you think; is this the kind of design you’d go for in your home?
