just how perfect is this tiny yet perfectly laid out studio apartment i spotted on fantastic frank?
small and elegant, i love the cool simplicity of the décor and neutral colour scheme, which helps add a light and airy feel to the tiny square footage. the double height ceiling in the living area, accommodating the sleeping area on a mezzanine platform above, also helps to flood the space with light and prevent it feeling cramped or suffocating.
i’m not sure i could keep the space quite so pristine, but it certainly makes you think about just how much you can achieve in a small living space when the proportions and surface finishes are right. the high-end kitchen, complete with polished marble surfaces and a mirrored splash-back to help enhance the illusion of space, beautiful parquet flooring and highly polished black shower enclosure in the bathroom also help to give an impression of luxury rather than a typical, pokey studio vibe.
i think i’d happily move right in!
