having just moved home, i’m all about slouchy comfort pieces i can wear whilst unpacking boxes and rearranging my shelves, with a few decorative adornments thrown in for good cheer!
here are a few of the lovely pieces i’m lusting over right now:
1 / this cotton viscose slub relaxed v neck tee by me+em is the perfect lightweight, breathable top to wear whilst hauling boxes around my new home. i love the front seam detailing and curved hem, which is slightly longer at the back for a more flattering fit. also available in navy, black and sage i can see these making an appearance in my wardrobe very shortly and quickly becoming a spring/summer staple!
2/ i’m loving the simple addition of a silk bandana worn around the neck as a way to shake up an off-duty outfit, and this safavid silk number from toast is at the top of my accessories lust-list just now.
3/ i went to visit the enlist showroom in primrose hill last week and was delighted to discover a whole host of seasonless classics that i would wear everyday. focusing on aspirational design and close attention to detail, enlist’s collections for men and women encourage a philosophy of freedom, self-expression and creativity. i couldn’t help but be drawn to the soft buttery pink of the silk crepe de chine bomber jacket, but also tried on several other pieces from the new collection including the paige sweater, spun in super fine italian viscose blend, and the oversized hand-glazed hiroka duster coat, which instantly elevates any outfit from off-duty to hellooo!
4/ i’m so happy that nihao planet got in touch recently to introduce me to their brand new clothing line; the simple styles are designed to tune in with your daily life with no obtrusive logos or loud designs, which is just the way i like things! from giant knitting factories in suzhou to small family-run leather studios in civitanova, the nihao planet team travelled the world in search of the best manufacturers and practically lived in their supplier’s factories to ensure they could oversee every little step of the process. the result is a simply stunning debut collection of neutrally coloured pieces that form the basis of a ‘seasonless wardrobe’ that will stand the test of time. their airy cashmere shawl has already become a staple in mine, and i have my eye on their versatile maxi cardigan – spun from wool and cashmere – next.
5/ it’s been a few years since i last looked at wrap london‘s collections but when their dreamy californian desert catalog hit my doormat last month i devoured every page and instantly restocked my wardrobe in my mind! these aurora trousers are at the top of my wish list; available in two shades of washed denim, these soft and drapey tencel trousers are gathered around an elasticated waistband, with a semi-fitted cut that tapers to the ankle. i can definitely see myself living in these all summer long!
6/ finally, i recently discovered almasanta – an online portal that hand-picks the best ethical fashion brands. believing there to be a lack of transparency on social and economic responsibility in the fashion industry, almasanta founders mercedes escoda and claudia m. monaco set out to bring stylish eco-conscious pieces from brands across the globe together in one online store, choosing their suppliers based on global pact principles, craft processes, local production, and environmental control. their exclusivity promise not only guarantees one-of-a-kind pieces to their customers, but also reduces surplus on the operational side, helping them to commit to best practices throughout their entire supply chain. there are so many delightful pieces and brands to be discovered.. i challenge you to visit their site and not find your basket overflowing in just a few clicks!

Looking forward to adding a few spring pieces to my wardrobe. Off to Dublin at the weekend, to do just that!

Some gorge stuff here- I love the first image, the Toast one, the best
Slouchy comfort pieces rock. I like everything you’ve picked, especially the trousers.
I adore slouchy comfort pieces. They’re perfect for working at home … and heading out to do the school run without looking too frumpy. I run in fear from cashmere, though. It’s just a little bit too high maintenance for me despite being incredibly soft.
