Fabric of my Life is an award-winning personal blog founded in 2009, focused on contemporary design, lifestyle and travel.
I work with carefully selected brand partners, whose aesthetic and ethos are a fit with Fabric of my Life, on a range of collaborative projects including editorial copy, styling & photography, product & service reviews, guest edits, social media content and brand ambassadorships. Examples of brands I have partnered with previously include IKEA, John Lewis, Tylko, Heals, Marks & Spencer, Homesense, Hillary’s, Get Living, Dell, Method and Sofitel, as well as the Moroccan, South African and Swiss tourism boards.
If you would like to suggest a collaborative opportunity, you can contact me on kate[at]fabricofmylife[dot]co[dot]uk. Please note that I do not accept guest post submissions or infographics, and as I receive hundreds of emails weekly, cannot reply to them all. If i am interested in your proposal, please be assured I will respond as soon as I can.
Please note, this blog is not my day job. My main focus is helping thoughtful and ambitious small businesses and solopreneurs grow through 1-2-1 guidance, intentional strategy and considered content creation. You can find out more about the range of services I offer over on my website.
I am also the editor of editorial website Fabric of the North, launched in July 2020, celebrating considered design, slow living and ethical wellbeing in the North of England. If you have any ideas, stories, recommendations or local Northern discoveries, please do send them to fabricofthenorth[at]gmail[dot]com.
